• In-Admin Messaging Console — a two-way inbox with live updates (SignalR), agent assignment, canned replies, and the WhatsApp 24-hour customer-service window enforced.
• Message Logging & Audit — complete history of sent and received messages with order id, phone, status and timestamps.
• Smart Blacklisting & Duplicate Prevention — numbers returning 4xx errors are blacklisted; last-processed markers prevent duplicate sends.

• Meta Business Manager account with WhatsApp Business Cloud API access (access token, Phone Number ID, Business Account ID)

Installation

1. Upload via Admin > Configuration > Local Plugins > Upload
2. Install and open Configuration > Order Status Suite > Configure
3. Enter your WhatsApp credentials, enable the channels you want, and grant the messaging-console permission to your agents
