A block of five hours of senior engineering time, usable across any SplatDev nopCommerce plugin — from the same team that builds and maintains them.

What it covers

• Installation — deploying the plugin to your store, configuring it, and verifying it works end to end.
• Customization — adapting behaviour, fields or templates to how your store actually operates.
• Maintenance — configuration changes, dependency updates and nopCommerce version upgrades.
• Debugging — investigating and resolving issues, including gateway and carrier integration problems.

Good to know

• The five hours are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Hours may be spent across any SplatDev plugin — you do not need to nominate one when ordering.
• One block per order. If you already know you need more than five hours, get in touch and we will scope it with you.
• Work is carried out remotely and scheduled by agreement.

Work beyond the included hours

This product covers five hours. Any work beyond those five hours is charged hourly at US$ 65.00 per hour. We will always tell you when you are approaching the limit and agree the additional time with you before any billable work continues — you will never receive an unexpected invoice.
